Indo-Pacific Economic Framework for Prosperity The Bureau of International Trade Relations (BITR) held the DTI One Country, One Voice Virtual Information Session on the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework for Prosperity (IPEF) on Friday, 11 August 2023, 1:00 PM via Zoom Videoconference. Various stakeholder groups and industry association representatives have attended and exchanged their views and opinions. 

The Virtual Information Session discussed the background and overview of the IPEF including its timeline, structure, and the Philippines’ negotiating strategy, as well as the key areas in each Pillar or Chapter. The Session also discussed the expected benefits and way forward in the IPEF.
