On March 19, 2024 marked a significant occasion as the General Agreement on Cooperation between MSU at Naawan and Józef Goluchowski University of Applied Sciences in Poland was formally signed. Despite the demanding schedules of Chancellor Dr. Elnor C. Roa and Dr. Rey Y. Capangpangan, they prioritized this momentous event, highlighting their commitment to fostering academic collaboration.

This agreement encompasses a broad spectrum of collaborative endeavors, ranging from academic and scientific research to international projects. Moreover, it includes provisions for language and culture support, as well as facilitating faculty and student mobility between the two institutions.
