CHED Regional Office X hosts internationalization forum and recognizes winners of 56th ASEAN founding anniversary commemorative contest, held at Cagayan de Oro City on December 7, 2023. Dr. Rey Y. Capangpangan, Director for International Affairs and Linkages, graced the event, emphasizing the importance of global cooperation in education.

A notable highlight of the forum was the presentation by Prof. Anna Floresca F. Firmalino from the Office of International Linkages at UPLB. Prof. Firmalino provided updates on RA 11448, The Transnational Higher Education, offering insights into UPLB's successful partnerships with international universities. Her presentation showcased experiences that illuminate the path to fostering fruitful global collaborations in academia.

The forum also dedicated discussions to pressing issues surrounding student mobility and the development of joint/double/dual degree programs.
